Community Classes
Bookings and payments through the website are subject to availability of the class capacity. Online bookings will be prioritised as an advanced reservation for the class.
If you are unable to attend a class you have previously booked in advance please give us at least 24 hours of notice. We will not be able to refund your booking, however we will be able to reschedule you to another available class.
All health and safety guidelines must be completed before partaking in any of our classes if requested. We may also ask you for media consent for filming and photography within classes.
School Classes
All school enquiries for after school clubs or class pathways should go through Bedford Music Hub or Inspiring music (Bedford Borough Music Service)
Studio Bookings
Regular bookings are a minimum of 2 hour sessions with a 25% if a cancellation if within 24 hours.
Bulk booking hours for the month must be booked and completed within the agreed time frame between studio management and client.
Mixing and Mastering may come at an additional rate and will be completed outside of your session time depending on the project and time within the session. Depending on capacity and staffing, your project should be delivered within 3 to 4 days on average sent to you via email.
Beat Production and Songwriting may add an additional rate to your booking if agreed, and may also result in the split of sales royalties between the producer and the client.
The client will be made liable to any damage of equipment in the studio or on location during the session caused by themselves or anyone who is with them.
Clothing and Merchandise
We aim to have all clothing and merchandise with the customer within 3-5 days of purchase through the online store. Collection may also be available at one of our classes through arrangement with Staff.
If we do not have your size in stock for any reason after the customer has made a purchase we will make contact to inform the customer of the delay.
LUMA clothing is only available through the official web store or through LUMA Events.
