POLICIES AND PROCEDURE
Refunds –
Refunds are not available for community classes or one to one tuition once a student has attended. A refund maybe permitted if a class is cancelled by LUMA at short notice and an advanced payment has been made.
Refunds for Merchandise should be requested through the official website or by emailing info@lumasounds.com quoting your order number and reason for refund request. This will be reviewed by our sales team.
Studio –
A 50% deposit is required for all bookings to be made final with balance due by the end of the session.
Studio times are strict and agreed booking durations will start at the agreed time, not at the time of arrival. Late arrivals will result in a reduction of physical recording studio time.
10-Hour subscriptions should be used within 1 month of purchase. This will be determined by Studio management and booking availability.
Following mixing and mastering sessions – Final Mastered products will be sent after final payment has been received from the client.
Studio Cancellation policy:
All cancellation made less than 24h prior to the start of the session will forfeit their deposit.A “no show” will also incur a loss of deposit.
School Classes –
School workshops are available privately or though or Music Hub Partners (Bedford Music Hub and Inspiring Music) Please note when working through the Music Hub, Luma will fall under Music Hub Rates and Policies.
Community Classes –
All students will be asked for media consent on joining new classes, along with a first aid ParQ form. Failure to sign these may result in you being asked to not take part in the lesson. All of our Team have full valid DBS clearance.
